In most cases, individuals may need to wait at least 15 minutes at the doctor’s clinic after the shot to observe any incidence of fainting. In extreme cases, headache, joint pain, severe allergic reactions, weakness, tiredness or muscle pain may be felt by people who are given the Gardasil vaccine. It is advised that in the event any individual is allergic to the vaccine’s components, the shot should not be given.
