•    Take the proper amount of multi-vitamins daily.  Ingesting multi-vitamins everyday will help in your overall health.  However, you must consult your physician first before taking any of these food supplements.  There are certain types of vitamins that can cause adverse reaction especially if you are currently under some oral medications.

•    Practice drinking green tea.  Green tea is considered as an excellent anti-oxidant.  It can help in protecting the body from cell injuries caused by environmental pollutants.  Green tea can be acquired in numerous flavors.

•    Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.  It is important that fruits and vegetables must be included in your daily.  These are considered as outstanding sources of natural vitamins and minerals which the body needs. 

•    Add selenium in your daily regimen.  Incorporating selenium in your daily regimen is helpful in boosting your immune system.  However, you must not take more than what is prescribed because it can give you disgusting side effects like bad temper, foul breath, hair thinning and blemished nails.  The key is to be sensible in taking selenium and follow the advice of your physician.

•    Take supplementary vitamin E.  Vitamin is also an antioxidant.  Just make sure that you must only take vitamin E according to the recommendation of your doctor to avoid toxicity.

Boosting the immune system by following the above-mentioned tips will certainly help in genital warts prevention.  These basic needs in life are often forgotten no matter how simple the requirements are.  It is always you who will make the difference in your life.
